Time & Material Repair - On-site repair on a per incident basis.  The same team of experienced service engineers that provide full service to our contracted customers, also perform time and material services.  Labor rates are competitively priced and the labor "meter" begins only upon technicians arrival at your site.
  4. Preventitive Maintenance - Our Contract Maintenance customers enjoy the added service of preventitive maintenance on all printers. This service tunes your equipment for smooth operation and protects you from disruptive outages.

PRIORITY 1 – TOP PRIORITY 24 X 7 coverage - (2 hour response // 4 hour repair)

PRIORITY 2 – HIGH PRIORITY 24 X 7 coverage – (4 hour response // 8 hour repair)

PRIORITY 3 - STANDARD Monday thru Friday (8X5 coverage) – (8 hour response // 24 hour repair)

PRIORITY 4 – LOW Monday thru Friday (8X5 coverage) – (24 hour response // 48 hour repair)

If you need EXTRA coverage, but don’t want need to pay for the 24 x 7 support option. We have special “Extended Hours” coverage code tailored for the Retail Marketplace. 7 days / weeks - 13 hours per day
