Sales Positions
Great Lakes Computer is looking for motivated, driven individuals for both outside and inside sales areas. The candidate must have a good work ethic, excellent communication skills and be a sales-oriented individual. GLC Qualifications Include (but not limited to):
Outside Sales
• Indenify and qualify business opportunities
• Prepare proposals
• Provide accurate sales forecast
• Build and Maintain relationships between Great Lakes to drive additional business
• Lead generation through : Telemarketing, E-Mail marketing, and Direct Mail
Inside Sales
• Identify and qualify business opportunities
• Obtain knowledge of products and services offered
• Prepare proposals
• Accountable for hitting sales goals
• Make at least 50 cold calls per day
Sales Intern
Currently looking for interns that are interested in becoming a professional in the IT sales Industry. This is temp-to-hire position.
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
• Generate leads under the supervision of a Account Manager
• Make cold calls and gain knowledge of products and services being offered by Great Lakes

Field Services - System / Printer Service Engineer
Great Lakes Computer is looking for talented and motivated individuals in our Field Services Department. This applicant must have a broad knowledge of IT equipment repair, excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain and service the following mid to high end hardware platforms
• IBM iSeries / pSeries and legacy IBM AS/400 – RS6000 platforms
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair experience with laser printers is required
• Experience with Line and Thermal Printers is a big plus
Experience
• FIVE Years related work experience
• Technical certifications (IBM, HP, Xerox, Lexmark) a plus
Locations
• Ohio: Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Akron
