  1. Contract Maintenance - On-site priority service at an affordable monthly rate. Our highly trained engineers will be available 24 x 7 and will respond via call-back within 30 minutes.
  2. Block Time Contract - You can purchase a block of service time at a reduced hourly rate. Blocks are not restricted to type of device or service type.
  3. Time & Material Repair - On-site repair on a per incident basis.  The same team of experienced service engineers that provide full service to our contracted customers, also perform time and material services.  Labor rates are competitively priced and the labor "meter" begins only upon technicians arrival at your site.
  4. Preventitive Maintenance - Our Contract Maintenance customers enjoy the added service of preventitive maintenance on all printers. This service tunes your equipment for smooth operation and protects you from disruptive outages.

IT Maintenance & Repair Services

Great Lakes Computer Corporation (GLC) is an Independent Service Organization (ISO) which provides direct hardware maintenance and repair services. We offer hardware repair for ALL major brands of servers, storage equipment, printers, plotters and POS equipment including HP/Compaq, IBM, Intermec Dell, Lexmark, Quantum, Xerox, Zebra and others.

GLC uses only Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) parts and trained / certified technicians. The maintenance service provided to the customer has multiple “levels” of service types, coverage types and service levels (response time, loaner program, Program Managers) etc. This program can be “customer designed” to meet any requirement and provides for complete coverage against equipment hardware failures.
